About | Operating since 2010
Ninja Credit Consultants is a financial education and financial-foundation company run by Ian Lacovara and Jerrica Coyle. We work remotely with consumers and business owners across the United States.
Who you'll be dealing with
No account managers, no intake team, nobody working a script you can hear them reading. Small on purpose, and we plan to stay that way.

Since you're wondering
It isn't about throwing stars. A ninja's actual job was studying an environment, adapting to it, and finding the efficient path through. Not force. Not magic. Reconnaissance, then precision.
That's a reasonable description of this work. Credit reporting, lending, and business filing are systems with published rules and awkward edges. Most people lose to them by applying effort in the wrong place, which is exhausting and doesn't work. The alternative is learning the terrain and moving deliberately.
Brute force
Reading the terrain
Same destination. One of those takes a year and costs money you didn't need to spend. We adapt to the environment and improve the process, which sounds like a motivational poster until you watch how much of this industry does the opposite.
Why the site gives away the method
There's a version of this business that works by keeping the mechanics obscure. Hint that there's a technique, gate the explanation behind a consultation, convert on the gap between what the customer knows and what they suspect they're missing. It's effective and we're not interested in it.
The reasoning is practical rather than noble. Gatekeeping information was a business model back when information was hard to find. These days anyone can ask an AI how to form an LLC and get a decent answer. Guarding that moat now means standing in a dry ditch looking determined.
What's left to sell is judgment, execution, and someone being accountable when it matters. That's what we actually do, and it survives the shift.
So a share of readers will solve their own problem using what's published here and never become clients. That's the system working. The ones who do hire us arrive knowing what they're buying, which makes for better work on both sides.

Boundaries
Being specific here protects you more than it protects us.

How we work
Where you actually are. Your goals, your current position, how the business is structured, what paperwork exists. No assumptions borrowed from someone else's situation.
Almost everyone arrives with twelve things. Some matter now, some matter later, one or two never mattered. Sorting that out is most of the work.
You work the plan. Where the task is administrative and we're permitted to handle it, we do. Where only you can do it, we make sure you know how.
Review what changed, reset priorities, and lock in the habits that hold after the engagement ends.
More
Reasonable. Describe the situation briefly and we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we help with, something you can handle yourself, or something that needs a different professional entirely.
